This policy covers vanikhospitality.com, run by Vanik Hospitality Co. (“Vanik,” “we,” “us”). It explains what happens to the information you share when you text us, call us, or fill out our estimate form.

• Messages: texts, calls, and emails you send us.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your information.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare your free estimate.
• To talk with you about managing your home, if you’d like that.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the site and reply to you: our website host and spam protection (Cloudflare), our customer-management and texting provider, and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We limit access to your information to our team and these services.

Text messages (SMS terms)

• When you text us, or check the box on our form, you agree that Vanik Hospitality Co. may text you about your inquiry and your home, including follow-ups and scheduling.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve opted out, and no more after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 801-900-6142.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we’re talking with you or managing your home, and for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal records.

Your choices
